This apartment impresses with its simple elegance and clear shapes. As a new flagship in our repertoire, our customers can find everything imaginable in this apartment that they need for a relaxing stay in our capital.
In the spacious living area there is a comfortable corner sofa bed that invites you to linger after a long and eventful day in the city. The large dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. Our guests can feel completely at home. Of course, a flat screen should not be missing in this room so that our little ones don't miss their sandman.
You will find a large double bed in each of the two bedrooms. For our business customers there is of course a desk in both rooms. As always, everything has been thought of. Of course, sleeping equipment includes duvets, pillows and matching bed linen. Of course, wardrobes were also thought of so that the good shirts don't get wrinkled again.
In the kitchen there is everything you need for self-catering. So there is an electric stove, sink, various pans and pots and all other kitchen utensils. But the washing machine has its permanent place here, in case your favorite item should get dirty. Feel free to ask our team if there are any questions about the operation.
The bathroom is the place of retreat in the apartment. Here you can take a bath in the late evening and review the day with a glass of wine.

Much of the history of East Berlin is reflected in Karl-Marx-Allee. In the so-called Henselmann buildings in the GDR, you needed a lot of connections to get hold of one of the coveted apartments. The houses in the "Stalin buildings" were very popular simply because of their quality. Today this part of Berlin is part of the world cultural heritage due to its very interesting architecture and extends from Strausberger Platz to the Brandenburg Gate.
And it is precisely this very central location that makes this district a popular residential area again. It is only a few minutes' walk to many sights such as Alexanderplatz or the Berlin TV tower. Those who want to do sports can do so in the nearby Friedrichshain Park.
The public transport U5 is only 2 minutes away.
