Location
The location is on the edge of Frankfurt in Heilsberg, Bad Vilbel and is directly on, and overlooks, the clean-air “green belt” with expansive views of the Taunus mountains and Frankfurt skyline over fields and orchards. A natural back and side garden is planted with bulbs and perennials. Deer, hawks, wildlife, horse riders, runners, kite-flyers, dogwalkers, and cyclists enjoy using the paths through the cherry and apple orchards and protected honeybee-habitat fields. The location is a 20-minute cycle through fields and quiet neighborhood streets to the heart of Frankfurt. 50 meters from a bus stop connecting to the S-Bahn and Bus 30 into Frankfurt. More U-Bahn, Strassenbahn, and bus connections are all within easy walking or cycling distance. By car, the A661, A3, and A5 are 5-10 minutes away. Heilsberg has a modern sports center with restaurant (5 minutes’ walk), three grocery stores (5 / 10 minutes’ walk), a bakery, bank, pharmacy, café, wine shop, and more.
Apartment includes all utilities: high-speed WiFi, underfloor heating, electricity, water, trash, off-street parking, storage. Phone jack available. Two places for plugging in a computer directly to internet plus your own WiFi. Viewings by appointment.

I usually cycled into work through the fields: in 15 minutes I was in Frankfurt but if I wanted to use public transport, I had multiple options also. Bad Vilbel with all its shops was even closer. The living space is so well thought through that I hated leaving it. It is compact but somehow spacious with the clever use of space to separate day and night time living. There is an amazing, all-singing-all dancing oven that bakes bread just as easily as it converts into a microwave. There is also an induction hob that is brilliantly well built in and made cooking a joy. The shower room is well put together with lovely tiling and a roomy shower. The bedroom is so peaceful with the blackout blinds … the underfloor heating throughout the apartment makes every square centimeter of this space a joy to inhabit."

Alle Mietern bisher sind vollbegeistert! Separater, eigener Eingang durch ihrem einigen privaten Garten. Hochwertige Vollausstattung, Fußbodenheizung, Holzboden, überdachte Veranda, moderne neue vollausgestattete Küche, Parkplatz am Grundstück, Waschmaschine, Große neue Fenster, elektrische Raffstore. Der Bau wurde im August 2019 abgeschlossen. (Energieausweis entspricht der Stand vor der Sanierung). Die Wohnung ist am Haus des Eigentümers angeschlossen. Alle sonstige Kosten sind in der Miete inkludiert: Strom, Heizung, Müll, Wasser, Internet (LAN und WLAN), Parkplatz.
Lage
Direkt an der Frankfurter Grüngürtel, und wenige Schritte bis Bushaltestelle nach Frankfurt und S-Bahn Verbindungen. 20 Minuten mit Fahrrad im Herzens Frankfurt. Nah mit dem Auto zur A661, A5, A3. 3 Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, plus Bäckerei, Apotheke, Weingeschäft, Restaurants, Cafés. Sportzentrum, Blumenladen, usw.
Das Besondere: Aussicht auf Felder und Streuobstwiesen mit Pferde, Habichte, Hasen, Reh, Vögel. Unbehinderte Sicht auf dem Sonnenuntergang hinter Skyline im Winter, Bergen im Sommer. Zum Laufen, Fahrradfahren, Spazierengehen: Traumhaft. Viele Fahren hierher mit dem Auto, um spazieren zu gehen und Drachen steigen zu lassen.
Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Garten mit Stauden und Blumenzwiebeln bepflanzt und von Eigentümer selbst gepflegt.

"Dieses Appartement können wir einer Einzelperson oder einem Paar wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist wunderschön am Stadtrand von Bad Vilbel in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Nachbarschaft gelegen und hervorragend per Auto, Bahn oder Fahrrad an Frankfurt angebunden. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt, inklusive eines modernen Backofens mit Mikrowellenfunktion. Die elektrischen Fensterrollos sind sehr praktisch, ebenso die Schlafzimmertüre mit Insektenschutz. Im gemütlichen Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch ein Schreibtisch mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne und die Frankfurter Skyline. Daher ist die Wohnung auch sehr gut für das Arbeiten aus dem Home Office geeignet. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist praktischerweise vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer mit Küche befindet sich ebenfalls ein großer Tisch, den man als Esstisch und/oder zusätzlichen Arbeitsplatz nutzen kann. Dabei kann man den Blick auf den Taunus genießen. Direkt vor der Haustüre befinden sich Felder und Apfelplantagen, zwischen denen zahlreiche Wege verlaufen, die zu einer Joggingrunde oder einem Spaziergang, zum Beispiel in der Mittagspause, einladen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf ist in unter fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuverlässig. Sie versorgt ihre Mieter mit allen Tipps, etwa zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und ist als Kontaktperson stets erreichbar. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, insbesondere für Personen, die beruflich nach Frankfurt müssen, aber abends und am Wochenende die Ruhe und eine schöne ländliche Umgebung schätzen. Wir haben die Zeit in dem Gartenappartement sehr genossen und werden immer gerne daran zurückdenken."
